I loved the professionalism from the staff. Mr Amr was impeccable in his dealings with us both online and in person. He booked the taxis for us from the airport and their own taxi service is great and the drivers are friendly and speak English. The taxis service was very flexible and the taxi rates were really good. The staff of this hotel make it a very warm and welcoming place. When ordering a take out the staff helped me heaps by translating what I wanted. They even let me use their mobile p

The hotel is situated very close to Terminal 1 Cairo airport. The hotel has also provided a shuttle bus to bring the customers to their respective terminal at the airport. You just have to request for the shuttle bus during the check out

the shuttle service has been very efficient!!! the staff went to pick me up directly in the arrival hall of the airport, in the middle of the night, with a sign showing my name to avoid any misunderstanding. They were on time and very kind. The hotel is beautiful, especially the swimming pool and all the plants and lush vegetation surrounging it. I liked the position very close to the airport.

staff very helpful and try their utmost to respond to the guests needs. They met my request for the apartment i wanted, although price increased from those listed on letsbookhotel.com, because it was a different type. markable change since my last visit with regards to general maintenance of the apartment I normally stay in.
