  The staff is terrific. The pool area is nice. we had a junior suite with two rooms and two balconies overlooking the Nile. I highly recommend upgrading to a suite if you can afford it. The hotel itself is a typical 4-star hotel with breakfast buffet, fitness club - This is one of the best hotels in which I have stayed in Cairo. The room was lovely and very well-appointed. It was quiet. I particularly appreciated the very helpful and friendly staff, particularly the woman who cleaned my room. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Cairo.
