I loved this hotel!!! The staff was awesome and I'd highly recommend booking your tours through the hotel. My tour guide was Mina and my driver was Ahmad. Mina is very knowledgable and Ahmad was a SUPERB driver!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND. Mahmoud (gold room/floor concierge) helped booked the tour and he too made my stay GREAT! I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. When I return to Cairo I will definitely be staying here!

Breakfast was super, with several choices and all very tasty. The room was very well furnished, comfortable and cozy. Very nice bathroom. It has direct access to the mall, thus very convenient if you need any purchase (even Carrefour is there).

The reception - Mamook is very helpful and friendly. My gf felt uncomfortable with the rooms and he immediately changed the bed sheets and everything else but when my gf still feels uneasy because of the theme of the room, he changed a new room for me!! His actions has sincerely touched us and his practical tips and jovial character made our stay so memorable. He is warm, caring and cares for all the visitor! Keep it up ! He is truly a gem in the hotel.

I loved the professionalism from the staff. Mr Amr was impeccable in his dealings with us both online and in person. He booked the taxis for us from the airport and their own taxi service is great and the drivers are friendly and speak English. The taxis service was very flexible and the taxi rates were really good. The staff of this hotel make it a very warm and welcoming place. The hotel is situated very close to Terminal 1 Cairo airport. The hotel has also provided a shuttle bus to bring the customers to their respective terminal at the airport. You just have to request for the shuttle bus during the check out

the shuttle service has been very efficient!!! the staff went to pick me up directly in the arrival hall of the airport, in the middle of the night, with a sign showing my name to avoid any misunderstanding. They were on time and very kind. The hotel is beautiful, especially the swimming pool and all the plants and lush vegetation surrounging it. I liked the position very close to the airport.
