the shuttle service has been very efficient!!! the staff went to pick me up directly in the arrival hall of the airport, in the middle of the night, with a sign showing my name to avoid any misunderstanding. They were on time and very kind. The hotel is beautiful, especially the swimming pool and all the plants and lush vegetation surrounging it. I liked the position very close to the airport.

Breakfast was super, with several choices and all very tasty. The room was very well furnished, comfortable and cozy. Very nice bathroom. It has direct access to the mall, thus very convenient if you need any purchase (even Carrefour is there).

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect; close to Airport, and easy to access the city with out going through the heavy traffic jams. Room size is comfortable and well furnished.

It's a huge hotel with many restaurants. But it is beautiful. I had a lovely room, big enough to hold a dance in, and the bathroom was a dream. I stayed in the Towers extension and would highly recommend it. The half board package was great. The staff was cooperative. They allowed me early checkin at 08:30 am. The checkin and check out were really prompt. The rooms were very spacious.
