  View is superb, the reception staff and most of the restaurant + pool staff are simply great, food was amazing (El Gezira restaurant), very fast and attentive. Staff are very professional and so helpful. Hotel is very clean in every spot. Food was delicious, fresh and has a lot of varieties. Entertainment was available over the weekend (Marwa & Ahmed) they were great and gave us enjoyment with foreign and Arabic songs. Definitely we wish we could go back again at the earliest chance with the whole family

  Only stay overnight and did not really use the facilities. Room service was excellent. Room was large and clean. Check-in was fairly easy except that they tried to charge me the normal room rate which I was quoted by letsbookhotel.com.   I had an excellent experience there, the staff was very friendly and cooperative, location is very nice, room is very nice, big and the bed is huge. The price is amazing. It's the first hotel at Ain Sokhna that has water games (Jet Ski, Banana Boat ...etc), the hotel's design is very beautiful and the pool is very large, clean and heated. Moreover, their menu prices are excellent compared to other 5-star hotels and the food quality is very goo - I enjoyed my stay in a villa with private pool, the idea of having a private is excellent, the pool is very good, reasonable in size with excellent maintaince. The villa included ground and first floor with 2 bed rooms and 3 bathrooms reception, dinning and kitchen. The is very well designed. I really enjoyed it so much. The hotel presented the breakfast in the villa in the morning which is really nice.
