  Only stay overnight and did not really use the facilities. Room service was excellent. Room was large and clean. Check-in was fairly easy except that they tried to charge me the normal room rate which I was quoted by letsbookhotel.com.   Staff are mostly extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. Food was mostly excellent, except on the busier days (weekends). Duty manager was quick to accommodate our wish to change the room and to help us further when we needed it. - We loved how professional the staff was at the resort.
