Staff were very helpful. They did a excellent job of making us feel comfortable in a foreigh country, and tried to fill our every need. This is an Ecuadorian owned hotel, I believe, and part of our experience was how gracious and helpful the staff were. Also, the hotel restaurant was great!

Very good price 47,- for 2 persons Staf was friendly

breakfast was poor considering the 4 stars. but considering the price it was reasonable. Staff didnt speak good english

budget friendly hotel in a good location of Quito (good access to the Mariscapal and Historic districts.

interior is dated, tired Quito itself was a bit of a disappointment, perhaps expectations were too high. other cities and areas are more attractive

Secured Parking

Hotel staff did not want to honor the letsbookhotel.com rate, and had to argue with them. Property is very old and outdated. Hot water turned cold during a morning shower.
