The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. We have stayed before and always enjoyed the hotel and the location. This time we were given an apartment with a balcony overlooking the marina which was truly relaxing. The food at the restaurant is always a treat. -

The front desk staff was extremely customer-service oriented. We felt welcome immediately, and they were eager to help us with our plans for further travel to LegoLand.
