  I had a delayed flight to Copenhagen of 12 hours. so I missed my return flight from Copenhagen, and my next flight was after 3 days. so I booked this hotel from the airport. the staff was nice and helpful, they understood the situation. they had allowed me an early check in, and also a late check out (if the next guest programmed for the room do... lo que la gente dice » n't show up early). nice location, in the centre, near the central station. I didn't used any transport to visit Copenhagen. there is a main kitchen, - I stayed in this hotel for a week with my wife and enjoyed it. The location is great, near the Tivoli Garden, central metro station, city center and many attractions and shopping centers. The staff were very friendly and there is a guest kitchen in first floor where you can find tea, coffee, dishes, macrowave, coffee maker... And you can use these for free. We changed 5 hotel in Cph, but really felt good at this hotel. The price is low and it has big rooms in compare of other hotels we stayed.
