It was absolutely lovely. The staff was gracious, made us feel welcome. It felt like old world charm. Of course it was expensive but it was definately worth the price. Fantastic rooms. Great design. Very cool atmosphere. Great bathroom. Complimentary prosseco with breakfast. Those who commented on the lighting system being complicated may be a little technophobic. It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.

The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

The city and the hotel were beautiful and incredibly amazing. The staff at Boscolo Prague went out of their way to make me feel welcome and part of their family. The Kings Court Hotel is a very welcoming hotel in the centre of Prague. It was impeccably clean and the staff are committed to their guests from Reception to the Catering staff. Room was nice, big and very clean.
Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling.

Staff were friendly and helpfull, usefull advice was freely given.
Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square.
My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.
