We liked the location of the hotel - just below the Castle. It looks like an old building but nicely renovated. Cosy and romantic, with a lot of wooden and "golden" details. The breakfast room has a beautiful view to the Old town. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, kettle and tea/coffee in the room...We would be happy to stay at Golden Star again.

It was absolutely lovely. The staff was gracious, made us feel welcome. It felt like old world charm. Of course it was expensive but it was definately worth the price. Fantastic rooms. Great design. Very cool atmosphere. Great bathroom. Complimentary prosseco with breakfast. Those who commented on the lighting system being complicated may be a little technophobic. It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.

... lo que la gente dice » ower towels etc and luggage lockers for late departure - Information we needed was readily available. The staff spoke English well enough that they understood our requests. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

The city and the hotel were beautiful and incredibly amazing. The staff at Boscolo Prague went out of their way to make me feel welcome and part of their family.
