We stayed in a building adjacent to the hotel. The room was spacious
even for us standards. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was not
just friendly but went out of their way to help us. Martin and Milan
were exceptional. They located a fly shop in Prague and gave us
instructions on how to get there. The restaurant was very good and we
thought good value. I don't have a lot to compare with but wines
were comparable to us wine store prices in the restaurant not a 2 or 3

All we can say is "Wow"! We had 6 adults and 2 children under

Nicole and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful the appt was beautiful inside very clean and well furnished the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spotless very well positioned for tourists highly reccommended. The weather was very wet and Nicole was so helpful in finding and booking suitable restaurant for us . The taxi transfer which she arranged was also first class and good value reliable . - Well furnished apartment (wide screen TV, couch, Laptop in room, strong WIFI, a big bed per person).

- Bathroom is spacious, has a washing machine, hair dryer, soaps/shampoos etc. Warm water always available.

We booked a three night stay at this beautiful hotel just before Christmas and it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in.

Me costo decidirme pero fue un gran acierto. Las estacias son muy acogedoras, luminosas y amplias.
El personal es fantástico te atienden inmediatamente a lo que les solicites, amáble solítcito, siempre tienen una sonrisa para ti.
El desayuno genial, todo fresco con bastante variedad, todo muy bueno y además te hacen a la carta tortilla o tortitas.
La limpieza no solo en la habitación sino el resto de estancias en el hotel es excelente.

We liked the location of the hotel - just below the Castle. It looks like an old building but nicely renovated. Cosy and romantic, with a lot of wooden and "golden" details. The breakfast room has a beautiful view to the Old town. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, kettle and tea/coffee in the room...We would be happy to stay at Golden Star again.

Liked all the usual bits - nice apartment, comfortable, quiet and modern.
The real standout was Vaclav, the Manager. He is a real gem. We had the misfortune to pick up a puncture in the wheel of our hire car. Vaclav noticed it , and without us asking, volunteered to help. So that our stay. In Prague was not affected, he did the whole thing for us

El hotel es ideal por ubicación y por lo cuidado que lo tienen.Es un pequeño hotel pero con el máximo de detalles. - Su situacion es inmejorable a menos de 50 metros del puente Carlos.
