Great location, right in the middle of the action in Prague, and within walking distance of most attractions in the city. It's a very beautiful building with a very good price.
The bathrooms could use a bit of renovation. There was a bit of mold on the tiles
Good clean room. Location could not be better...everything you need at the front door. Shops, restaurants, cafes, souvenir stores everywhere within wslking distance. Breakfast not bad. The room we stayed had a balcony facing the main street..street scene at its best.
Room had no aircon...could be a bit warm in summer.
great position, excellent value for money, very helpful staff, very reasonable minibar, help your self breakfast, nice view of square, large room (triple), traditional style. would stay here again, very clean
can't complain about anything, if you want something flashier pay more.

Very good location, very close to the old city. Also close to the train station/airport shuttle bus, which is very convenient if you are travelling with luggage. Nice clean rooms. Good breakfast.

The hotel was nice, our room was comfortable and clean. The locathion inthe center only few minues from the old square.The personel was very friendly and very helpful.
For the most part the staff, comfort and location. Very affordable/ reasonable.
One of the desk people, a younger woman was very dismissive. Everything seemed to be a bother and irritated her. The rest were fabulous.

We arrived at 4:40am and the reception staff was still waiting for us though the door of the hotel was closed. We were allowed to check out 2 hours later which was surely something appreciated. We stayed in a 3-bed room which is quite spacious. The breakfast was simple but still good in quality considering the room rate. The location is super convenient and close to subway station, shopping malls and attractions.
No coffee machine is available in the room. The facilities in the room is relatively old but if you just stay one or two nights, this is not a big deal at all.
I liked all of it. The service was very good and you really get what you paid.

Behavior , attitude and dealing of lady receptionist with guest was very bad. She does not like to talk and discuss anything with the guest. If reception staff is friendly and deal like a family then Meran hotel excellent and budget friendly hotel.

I really dislike the attitude of the staff and the manager. Customers are not Gods for them, instead customers who pay for service are forced to obey the so-called style of this family hotel. I don't feel comfortable in the hotel. Besides, the facilities are really old.
