We got to the hotel around 23:30 and it was closed, but we phoned the number that was written on the door and someone came in 5 minutes and helped us around. He was very nice and helpful.
Besides that, the hotel is very clean and cozy, breakfast was good and it is very close to a tram station that can take you to the city center and all of it's attractions.

The rooms were fabulous; spacious and well stocked. The spa baths were a welcome bonus after a day of walking! The location is perfect; lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping close by. The staff were outstanding and wanted to assist us in every way. Would definitely return or recommend. -

As a seasoned traveller, I can say - hand on heart this was one of the best mini break experiences I have encountered worldwide. The transfers from and to the airport were perfect. The owners Hana and Vaclav were friendly, informative and welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was wonderful, spacious and modern and perfectly located just 2 minutes walk from Old Town Square. Very good location, related to Intercontinental hotel which is 10
meters away so can have all hotel services, friendly staff, clean room,
good design, comfortable beds, good restaurant on the roof with nice
view of the old town. Transfer to the airport with bmw 5 series at the
price of regular taxi. We would definately go back and recommend to
anyone going to Prague

We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. All I can say the staff were excellent, I emailed on how do we get there from the train and they sent a driver to pick us up and it was complimentary. The
