The staff were very helpful, chatty and polite. They asked about our travels and were genuinely interested in what our plans were.
They had water at the reception (bonus!).
When asked the staff organised the room to be cleaned at a specific time as another traveller was coming to stay, there was no hesitation and they were happy to organise.
It's close to the main train station which connects to the tube as well as a direct bus to the airport. Two streets away from Wenceslas Square.

Room was nice, big and very clean.
Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling.
The whole staff was polite and helpful.

Staff were friendly and helpfull, usefull advice was freely given.
Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square.
My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.

The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

This is the very nice hotel. There are so kind staff, a breakfest is not bad, a big pretty room, everyday cleaning, etc. Important for turists it is a very good place. The many touristic objects are right there, just 5-10 minutes by walk.

The location is great, in the heart of the city but not in the crazy heart. You go up there is the castle you go down there is the Charl's bridge. On the way amazing restaurants very cheap and delicious. The beds are comfortable, bathroom is good. Close to the park where you can have picnic with the view to the city. Staff is very friendly.

Es un hotel muy confortable, limpio, la habitacion es grande, genial con todas las comodidades. - Es amplio, a 30 minutos andando del centro pero con el tranvia te lleva y te trae de forma más comoda. Perfect! I didn't expect this price can offer me such a good accommodation! Although it is not in the center of Prague, but just 1 minute walk to the metro station and then 10 minutes to the city center, really not a question to me. The facility is in very good condition and the staff is very nice. Sincerely recommend it to everyone who are going to stay in Prague!
