We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

Es un hotel muy confortable, limpio, la habitacion es grande, genial con todas las comodidades. - Es amplio, a 30 minutos andando del centro pero con el tranvia te lleva y te trae de forma más comoda. Parking muy amplio y comodo en el hotel (20€ día). En Recepcion me atendieron muy bien y me facilitaron excursiones, visitas , etc.

Really nice and smart hotel. Minimalistic design of the rooms, but cool, fashioned and functuonal. Our room was comfortable and clean, with nice bathroom, balcony, big led-tv, kettle and supercomfortable bed. Great design of reception zone, hall and bar. Wi-fi is about 6 euro per day. The breakfast lookes rich and costs 15 euro or about. It takes about 15 min walk to reach centre, 5 min by tram, 2 stops by metro (stop Krzikova is 2 minutes from hotel). Such a wonderful light and airy apartment! We stayed on the first floor and the apartment was really spacious with a large living area and two bedrooms. The two bathrooms were excellent, one with a bath, the other with a shower. The kitchen had everything you might need, so its easy to prepare your own food if you want to (which we hardly did as Prague has a lot of great restaurants). Room was nice, big and very clean.
Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling.
The whole staff was polite and helpful.

Staff were friendly and helpfull, usefull advice was freely given.
Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square.
My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.
