Lo que la gente dice
The location couldn't be better! Super close distance to the: restaurants, historic monuments & buildings, the harbour and promenade, made our stay easier and more enjoyable.
Although the apartment is in the centre of the town, it was very peaceful and quiet.
Mrs Nicole, a lady managing the apartments (and hostel), was very friendly and understanding (we arrived to and left the apartment later than we should have...). todo comentarios »
For the price there was plenty of space, the flat was scrupulously clean, the air conditioning worked well and quietly, and everyone we dealt with was charming and full of good advice on what to see etc. - although very keen to be paid in cash, in advance, and no receipt was issued. Felt slightly uncomfortable with this.
Very friendly and helpful host. Comfortable and clean room. Very beatiful old town with historic buildings and remains. Easy access to lovely beaches. Views of mountains and islands. Ferries to islands.
Friendly family owned business. They gave us the larger room which was unexpected, but very nice. Great location near the historic center.
Nice studio - a good value €150 for 3 nights in July and centre of Split. Free parking if lucky.
Very clean, good position for sight-seeing.
The price was "a little" bit too high (about 190$ per night), but we decided for the apartment cause there was nothing else available in a city in a good location and in our budget (max 150$/ night).
Secondly, we got a different studio apartment than was displayed on the photos (probably this time luckily for us, cause it was located on th second floor, not the first/ ground floor, as the one from the pictures).
I didn't like the predominantly orange decor, or the lack of (in order of importance): a balcony, (misleading description) a kettle, a sharp knife, a corkscrew/bottle opener, a microwave, a stemmed wine glass or two (call me picky), a hook thing to attach the shower head to the wall, a toaster.
The accommodation was more like a cellar room with only one small window facing the neighbour's waste land (ground level). There was no curtain or blackout screen.
Very small but advertised as 2 bedroom-so thought cases could go in spare room-but it was locked.
