  We enjoyed the staff, and their friendliness. They were very polite and understanding even though I could not speak a word of Chinese. One day I was out with my girlfriend, we went for lunch and I came back to the hotel, and what do you know I got lost. I felt like Bill Murray in Lost In Translation. A women that I spoke to on the streets could not speak a word of - Staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially Oneway who speaks English (I was immediately proposed to change room because of some Karaoke noise I complained about). Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable ( I've always liked hard matresses) and shower was hot. Location is great.
