I couldn't have asked for more. I wanted a luxury business hotel, and the Langham provided both the luxury and the business facilities, plus excellent food, along with a delightful service ethos that desired only to excel. We won't be looking for another hotel in Shenzhen. -

The executive lounge.
The personnel was very well trained and always smiling and helpful. They were even checking if the taxi driver is giving the right amount of change. -
Comfortable, clean, sofisticated for those who get access to VIP LOUNGE, good staff.

Very nice hotel. I give it 5 stars all around. It seems like one of the more "Chinese" hotels because some of the staff didnt speak much english. There were more locals staying there too. Needless to say I never had a problem communicating what I needed. Great for business travelers. There is a desk in the room with all the supplies you would need

As an English speaking traveller, with no Chinese, I found that I was well catered for. They had a Russian girl Julia and a young Frenchman Alex to look after the foreign visitors. Both were very helpful and had good English skills amongst other languages. Location was excellent for railways and shopping

Great location. Easy to access Hong-Kong and shopping centers.I stayed in several hotels around Guomao station and I must admit Kaili is the best one for the price. The staff are English speaking and go out of their way to be helpful, the rooms are well appointed and have all facilities. There is a PC in every room which I found particularly useful. when I went away for a weekend to Beijing they were flexible enough to accommodate me. This is the second time I have been to Shenzhen and I had no hesitation in choosing the hotel again for my visit

Restaurante Laurel - The hotel was beautifully presented, very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Of the 3 hotels we have stayed in during our trip, this was by far our standout favorite. The Staff were great and the Hotel is a true 5 Star Hotel.
I Found the hotel to be very clean and enjoyed my stay there.
This is a very, very good hotel.
The staff were also very accommodating in allowing me a very late check out so that i could attend to my business meeting.

This review is for the queen balcony sea view room. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the nearest subway and is on the same line as the airport and markets with is good, though they are each some distance away. The included breakfast is good with a variety of western and Asian styles although I am not sure if they renew the buns every day.
