perfect location; in the middle between Old Town and Nanjing Road. Close to Pudong. Many small shops and restaurants of different classes in the neighbourhood... - Cleanliness. Great butler and bell boy service. Reception can be improved if they are a little friendlier. Housekeeping is great.

Wonderful service by the sta.ff. The do have some English but it is a pity they do not give their staff the opportunity to study it and perfect it. The staff are so eager to learn. I could not find a problem with this hotel -
