The breakfast was really excellent and the variety in food large. Nice rooms with good beds and spacious bathrooms with a view to the neighbors :-) Definetly a hotel I would like to return to in the future. Very nice and modern large room in the club floor. Perfect position for the exhibition center (20 minutes walk). Lots of shopping and restaurants of different kinds around it.
todo comentarios » The place is close to Expo fair. There was some nice place there, such coffee-shop, bar, and MC Donald, KFC, ... and also Carrefour. Helpful staff, rooms well designed and large, nice breakfast. Very helpful concierge!. Good location, value for money, good size rooms, nicely decorated. Nice rooms very comfortable. Location near to Expo Pudong center. Service and staff, thanks for your help, especially to Jerry. 1) I like 1f out-door seats for breakfast . 2) Decoration. Polite staff, quick responses, wonderful breakfast buffet. Room is very big and clear, conditions are very good. In the middle of all restaurants and close to EXPO. Room interior design and quality quite good. i liked just about everythjing. Room was very comfortable. Good location. Lianyang has many shops and restaurants and close to business meeting places including Lujiazui. The location. Room and bed are good. Even though some refreshment should be done. Location is good to visit exhibition. Location near the Shanghai Expo center. Location, and breakfast. Maybe the price during the week is a bit high?. the building was Little old, some facilities, too. the main entrance is still closed. there are no one to open or close the door, or take taxi for you and ... the restaurant and mini bar price! it is really expensive. Location in business district, night audit charged room charge to cc, without confirming total bill, or mode of payment. Room rate easily doubles after tax, service charge , and hidden charges - be aware!!. Nothing - we have no complaints about our stay at this hotel. 1) Service people are not that friendly especially security did not open the door for guests ... in the morning or late night 2) The card in elevator did not work ... too pool sensitivities. Not only me but other guests which made us feel nervous when taking elevator. Complicated method to go to 20th floor, card does not get accepted every time. Long time for settling bills because credit card was not getting accepted the second time payment was to be done through it. Breakfast is very specific, but it is possible to find your food,. Decor in the corridors is dark and garish. Too dark to feel comfortable. Internet access worked only intermittently. Price double 1 day to another for the same room Staff do not speak really good English. Invoice in euro without even asking you. The price for room and conditions are too high for China. Too far of the Shanghai city center. 2 km from the Metro. At the check-in they charged my credit card 5 times due to a problem in the POS machine and now I have to pay about 17,000 EGP then fill in depute form to rerun my money, and the hotel stuff was really rude and not helpful although the problem is from their banking system. -Staff at reception not friendly and even rude. -Rate they had didn't match Booking Rate. Had to fight for a while about that... -I didn't have electricity in my room the last morning. -The carpet in the room had some painting marks and was not clean. -The TV antenna was broken so no channels. I ate at first floor Italian restaurant, and price is expensive, but quality is terrible. Value and cost did not equal. I order New York steak, and plate is cold. Next day I order lamb in midden well, and it serve it crispy out side, and rare inside. Remember price and value did not equal.
