I would most definitely recommend these apartments. They are in a
fantastic location, are clean and very comfortable. The staff was
helpful and most spoke some english.
The apartments were a little deceiving before we arrived and we definitely got much more than what we were expecting. We rented a one bedroom suite for 3 people and were expecting

Excellent on all counts. Staff, rooms, gym, comfort, location...everything is perfect. The ladies at the front desk are really nice. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was larger than advertised. The view of the city was wonderful. I felt safe and protected in the building, never seen so many cameras in any building before. The internet was really fast and reliable the entire time I was there.
I will definitely come back there again when I am in Shanghai. 10/10

Well, everything. The room was better than advertised, the staff were
helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was a pure treat...mostly
Asian, of course, but there was eggs and toast and oj and stuff
available, too. Delicious. Plus, the location is very, very good...a
walk or a dirt cheap taxi ride to anywhere I wanted to go. Heck, I

The hotel is in a good location close to the walking street and two metro stations.The units are modern,comfortable and well appointed & equipped.The breakfast was tasty with a wide variety of tastes catered for.Metro line 2 is very handy for both shanghai airports and fast intercity trains

This property is the best located hotel on the Bund side of the river.
Short stroll from peoples square metro interchange station means you can
get green line direct from Pudong airport. Exit on to Nanjing road for
shopping. Unbeatable. The price is very good .will chose it again
without question. -

... lo que la gente dice » ery near to most of shopping center and also people square metro station. We check out at 12:00 oclock but our next flight to shenzhen was at 18:35 oclock, the staff kept our loggages then we could take a looking around city for hours.

perfect location; in the middle between Old Town and Nanjing Road. Close to Pudong. Many small shops and restaurants of different classes in the neighbourhood... - Cleanliness. Great butler and bell boy service. Reception can be improved if they are a little friendlier. Housekeeping is great.

Very friendly staff. Some even remembered me from a previous visit. That is nice.
On my last night the hotel was fully booked but the service levels remained the same.
Very easy check in and out. Good for taxis and Metro. In all it is first class -

Good customer service, walking distance shopping Nanning street, walking distance to river, walking distance metro, clean, excelence buffet breakfast, good buffet dinner, exclutive club snacks in the evening very good, excellente beds! Room had beautiful city view. -

The "club" category rooms have impressive view over the Bund
and the City, especially the spot scene of Pudong by night. All the
complimentary services are also quite good (permanent access to soft
drinks, some small food, etc.).
Swimming pool in floor 21 is a big plus, for both view and relax after the hot summer weather.

It is the best possible location for a short stay in Shanghai. Visiting
for bussines but wanting to visit the attractions of the city, location
is best near the Chinese old part , Yu garden, Bund. The Club ideea is
wonderful, the view from club lounge is amazing. And the pool view is
wonderful.

It had a really nice view over the Bund. Everything was white and clean.
Staff was really attentive and they helped us on our problems with a
lost passport. It had a washing machine. The kitchen, while not
spectacular, is quite adequate for a short stay. Has a really good
location, just a few mins from the Bund. -

Hotel staff are sociable. Half of them know basic english. This is very comfortable. Girls on reception are very friendly and are ready to help to resolve any problem. - The room was comfortable, easy access to Subway #2. Big mordern supuermarket is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel staffs are friendly. I recomend the massage salon on
