Location of the One Apartment only minutes walk from all main shopping. Easy walk to Metro station on Nanjing Rd (W). Overall standard very high of the apartment we were assigned, flexibility of the small kitchen gave us everything we were looking for. We would recommend to anyone. -

Location, location, location!
I stayed here twice. The hotel is close to the train station - People's Square, exit 14. It's in walking distance to East Nanjing Rd without all the noise. You can also walk to the Bund really easily.
The staff are super friendly and speak English well. Breakfast was ok-good as it was included, no complaints there.

The ambience of the hotel was really good all through out the hotel, the
interior design from the lobby to the reception to the restaurants and
especially the rooms is outstanding.
The staff were very helpful and eager to serve in whatever way they can. From helping to arrange sightseeing tours or mapping out places to go, or picking up a taxi.
The staff spoke very good english, especially the concierge.

Loved my stay at the Marriott, location is perfect as very close to Nanjing road and restaurants. Staff were helpful, receptive & professional. Facilities are of course top-notch and very high standards. I would stay here again.

The location of the hotel cant be better. Right in the middle of the
city, on the famous pedestrian street nanjing road and next to
people's park. Very easy axess to metro lines. Breakfast was rich
and the service was exellent. I need to mention our great view from our
room on the 37th floor as well.

my room was upgraded to a suite. room was clean, staff on check in was very professional and the check in was quick and easy. i am a returning customer and will continue staying here on future trips. best part this hotel offers free wifi through out hotel and in rooms where as other more expensive hotels do not offer this -

Paid less than 250Yuan using a promotion, got queensize bedroom with window. Staff was supportive and very discrete, no troubles at all. Good balance quality/price. Location is just behind xintiendi pedestrian street (4 minutes walking distance). -

from the airport or trainstation easy to reach by taxi.
The empoyees and staff were very friendly and their english is good.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast, so great, it is almost impossible to wish more or better.

breakfast buffet with variety choices (both western and Japanese food),
good service and good location (close to the metro station and shopping

i was upgraded in a double room paying for a simple, which made it an excellent value. large, confortable room. nice location in a lilong-type environment. also well situated re. subway/bus/nightlife neighborhood. staff is reasonably friendly and english-speaking.
