Facilities are kind of okay . they can make more. Very cooperating stuff, they will do whatever you want. they treat you like a VIP member. Right in the middle of the city, on the famous pedestrian street nanjing road and next to people's park. Very easy axess to metro lines. Breakfast was rich and the service was exellent. I need to mention our great view from our room on the 37th floor as well.

  Lovely hotel - great location. Very clean and comfortable. Was offered an upgrade to a Club room upon check-in for approx. $75 per night. Declined the offer as room was expensive as it was, however was upgraded anyway which was nice - Very courteous staff nice well equipped rooms and a good breakfast buffet.
