Staffs are very accomodating. Our fridge was bad, so they got us another
room. Room service was super fast and friendly and they spoke English.
Stayed there 3 times and service improves every time - kudos. The river
view was splendid - I gained some fame twitting a twilight pic of river
and barges -

Staff are friendly and efficient in here. Room is big and comfortable. It is located in front if the metro station so it is very easy to access. The rooms were big, clean and functional. The breakfast on the 49th floor gave us a great view of Shanghai. The hotel was beside a mall and subway station that makes it convenient to shop and get around the city. After the mall and subway is a lovely, artistic and trendy development marked with small shops and restaurants where you can spend an entire morning or afternoon shopping and dining. I think I will like to stay this hotel again its absolutely great the
rooms is so comfortable staff friendly and the breakfast is great too. I
ask for a green chinese tea they gave me a pot hot and fresh I enjoy my
breakfast and stay but didnt have time for the spa I miss but I will

The premises was the best Serviced apartment we have ever stayed in having spent time in many around the world. Very large apartment with two bedrooms and study with two bathrooms. We found it was the same cost as having to get two rooms at a 4.5 or 5 star hotel. Close to Shops, Restaurants and banks.Will stay there again. Would be great for a fa

We had a 2 bed room apartment with a study in 18th floor. The apartment
was indeed big, bright, clean, and very nice with the dark wooden floor
(do note however that Chinese count the square metres differently than
in Europe, they count in all public places, 160 m2 in China are around
100 m2 in Europe). The beds were quite comfortable. The garden was also
very nice.

Location was excellent, close to bars, shops and many restaurants.
Excellent breakfast and good restaurant on site.

breakfast buffet with variety choices (both western and Japanese food),
good service and good location (close to the metro station and shopping

lavarropas! Y el precio me parecio mas que razonable para los servicios
que presta. Ni lo duden!

City hotel is in a very good position. Very close to lots of tourist
attractions and is very good for the local shopping which is right on
your doorstep. The hotel is clean and comfortable and quiet which is
great. 12 pm check out is a real help if you've visiting the local

Comfortable hotel in good location for my work trip. Easy to conduct business there too. Gym had plenty of machines and wasn't too busy. -
