The staff, especially Julia, was quick to respond to our needs and
complaints. We were transferred to the upper floor when we complained
about the noise from the renovation and to a non-smoking floor as
requested. The room and the double bed are big and comfortable, the
linens and bath towels are fresh. Free coffee and tea. The tv channels
include hbo and English news. Breakfast is something to look forward to
every morning, and the noodle bar provides our comfort food when

We found the staff very helpful and the effort to speak English commendable given we only had mastered about 3 Chinese phrases. The wifi worked well in the Lobby. Rooms were very comfortable. The comfort of the beds is extraordinary, so is the quality of the food at breakfast and in the italian restaurant. Staff is friendly and helpful. We still could use the pool area after checkout. 10min walking to the rail station and subway. -

Staff is very kind - one of our young guests (11-years boy) forgot his
passport in hotel and we were very happy when we called hotel 6 hours
later and were informed that his passport was found and now we can get
it - and so we did immediately, our flight was not cancelled. We are
very thankful to hotel staff fot this kindness and help !!! -
