I arrived late at night and the staff were very friendly and spoke good English. They gave me great tips and organised good activities for me, when I left I forgot to settle a food bill. Roy and Angel instead of asking me to come all the way back managed to let me pay at my next destination and they would charge that hotel. They really were lovely

I only have good things to say about this place. The rooms are nice, the beds confortable, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the restaurant is convenient and the location is perfect. They even offer a cup of tea at the bar with a coupon, its a much better idea to taste a cup of local tea rather than some beer usually offered at many backpackers hostels.

The "Wada Girls" were fantastic and couldn't have been nicer to us; we have 3 kids (ages 12, 12, and 9) and they were in heaven at Wada; lots of cozy places to sit and hang out/work on WiFi when not out in Guilin; food was really really good and very cheap - we ate a LOT of meals there -

Very well run hostel. Rooms very clean but basic. Good value for the

The location is amazing! Near to the principal touristic points in Guilin, helping us to make most of tours by walking. And around the hostel there are lots of stores, supermarket, restaurants, bus station, making your trip very convenient.
On the reception area, lots of people enjoy together playing cards, reading books, magazines, watching movies, navigating on internet, talking each other, etc, it's a really nice atmosphere!

This is basically a backpackers hostel, and although I wouldn't consider myself to be in this particular demographic, it seemd to tick all the right boxes. The location was fine, with good access to restaurants, tours etc. Facilities were generally clean and tidy, wifi ok, plus pretty good spoken English by the front office staff.

We were so surprised when we arrived in the Riverside. It was very cheap so we weren't expecting too much. However, we had a lovely spacious room with a river view. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The food was delicious. We couldnt have asked for more. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it. It was very close to the night market and the bus station.

The hotel is located at the walking street in the center of the city. It is a very busy street, with lots of clubs open late at night. But we got a room that was not facing the street, so it was still nice and quiet in the evening. It is walking distance to most attractions, and the staff was really helpful.

Did bigger review of chain for Nanning branch. Fantastic. Staff so
friendly and nice, hadn't even stayed there yet and let us store
luggage while we visited Longji rice terraces. Common room is varied and
fun and very comfortable, fine for dining too. In fact fantastic
location for busy city since on tiny plaza right on river: such a
respite from urban area since you look out and all you see is trees so
feel like in treehouse. My kids loved it, and they are a good measure of

Excellent location close to many local shops and places to eat, very cheap price on this site didnt actually realise how much of a bargain till i saw the price in the hotel itself
