Everything, including the excellent Chinese restaurant.
Just wish it was connected to the International Airport, or that they have a pick up shuttle every 30 minutes. They have a drop off shuttle every 30 minutes, but to get there from the Airport is a hassle, or I did something wrong. -

I love the design and style of the Crowne Plaza. Very comfortable beds, pillows and bed linen.

I am a true fan of the Opposite House. I stay once a year there, when on Business in Beijing. The staff is very helpful and is happy to take care of many issues, which would cost you a lot of time doing yourself, such as printing business cards etc. The rooms are great, with all facilities you want, nice coffee, great music system, free mini-bar. I requested a room on the east side as high as possible and was rewarded
with spectacular views over the cctv tower and beyond. Very stylish and
luxurious room with a big bath. Free wi-fi in room, too. -

Staff is very kind - one of our young guests (11-years boy) forgot his
passport in hotel and we were very happy when we called hotel 6 hours
later and were informed that his passport was found and now we can get
it - and so we did immediately, our flight was not cancelled. We are
very thankful to hotel staff fot this kindness and help !!! -

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and extremely helpful. On our first night there I misplaced my purse and the staff could not have done any more to help me find it quickly. They also helped entertain my baby son during check-in and check-out. The hotel has great restaurants too, we enjoyed tasty evening meals and breakfasts with a good choice for everyone.

The hotel was a good place to relax and get away from the bustling streets of Beijing. The staff were nice and very helpful but their english was fair so it could be hard sometimes to communicate. Rooms were quite spacious and clean, and the pool was well looked after and clean. -
