  We arrived in the early morning and were greeted by an English speaking reception with a very helpful attitude. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the facilities you required. Breakfasts were quite good for a South American hotel but could become a little boring for a long stay.   Allowed a late checkout at 3 pm so we could tour the city in the morning and early afternoon, then clean up before leaving at 6 pm for the airport and an overnight flight home. - The staff were so helpful and supportive. We needed to have late checkout as our flight was leaving late in the day and it was no problem. The breakfast was amazing!

Kitchen was fully supplied except for paper towels. We bought fruit from street vendors for breakfast and snacks--mangos were outstanding. Office manager Javier spoke excellent English and was helpful. Very reasonable.
