Lo que la gente dice
I love the fact that your kitchenette was so well-equipped.You've got toaster, coffee machine, rice cooker, chop broad, microwave, hotplates etc, etc, you name it. So cooking a meal everyday is absolutely not a problem . .Another thing I like about your hotel being your staffs were so helpful and accommodated to the guests. They offered me their phone to make calls, plus suggesting me to use their computer to book a hotel room for my next destination when I couldn't find an internet cafe. todo comentarios »
We loved the reception, the access to downtown, the art in the washroom and having a kitchenette at our disposal. We were impressed by the hotel's future expansion plans, and we will always stay here in the future for weekend 'date nights'. Some hotels are just too hoity toity for a regular event, if you know what I mean.
The small room is very practical.
The small kitchen is good
To the heart of Down Town you get by street car, the stop is about 40 meters from the Urban Suites front door.
Kensington Market area is nearby, you must visit it.
Great staff especially the guy at the front desk,Shey, awsome guy I enjoyed talking to him.
cleaning staff were somehow poor in english but they are so friendly and willing to help.
Very affordable !!.
The location was perfect; so close to the 511 Bathurst Street Car and walking distance of Chinatown, Queen Street West, etc. The area was quiet enough to provide a good night's rest.
The location was exactly what I wanted and needed . The price and if I were staying longer I could cook my meals there is a huge bonus. .
The location was excellent - close to downtown, close to BMO field, lots of parks, good neighbourhood, clean, good value, free parking.
Nice place for a city trip. Close to bars, restaurants & transports. Parking spot for your car. Very good welcoming.
Basic but great location. Everything you need. The best is the attention of staff, always kind and gentle.
Friendly staff, descent location. Funky neighbourhood, lots of breakfast places to choose from.
Very clean and the staff were super friendly and accomodating. Very modern look.
Helpful staff, convenient location, good value, parking.
Great room with a kitchenette -- perfect for my needs.
They were so helpful from the moment we got there.
Tram stop and restaurants nearby.
Location.
The cost/location was perfect for what we wanted. Staff were very helpful.
Location was great - can easily walk into the center of town.
Decent price.
Modern furniture.
Location.
Friendly staff.
the location close to the hospital was good for us.
Handy location. Good helpful staff. Reasonable.
close location to Toronto Western Hospital.
Very generous on towels. Friendly staff.
it's cose to rental bikes.
Inexpensive for Toronto.
Staff.
The furniture are nice and modern and the room has a small kitchen.
Nothing, except that the guy at the front desk was friendly.
Room was clean.
Locale.
The air conditioning in our room constantly switched on automatically even though it's quite cold. Besides, the hot water was just enough for one shower. Thus the second guest in the room had to wait a long while to have enough hot water after the first guest taken a shower.
The only thing I would change are the bed linens. The comforter was too thin and small for two people who are somewhat restless sleepers! I might also add a little rug in there to pull the room together, but these are interior design issues rather than functionality.
the area does not seem to be very safe.
no elevator !!
doors of the suites are hard to lock.
I found the room too hot. I didn't have a fan or air conditioning. Though perhaps I simply had to ask for a fan--I was visiting friends for a few days and didn't spend much time in my room.
No windows.
under renovation.
In sanday morning not have personal.
small room.
No elevator, parking "doubled up".
No coffee in room, but a coffee maker.
The construction and renovationg in the building.
First impressions are very bad - it looks terrible on the outside. The apartment we stayed in was very clean but clearly needed a make over. Wifi did not always work.
The outside was boarded up like a building site...The bathroom toilets got blocked very easily.
Black hair on wall in bathroom on entry.
Little or no insulation in walls so all noise in other suites (microwave, toilet etc) heard clearly. Conversely, any noise made inside the suite would be clearly heard outside. There are no carpets so the sound bounces around a lot.
TV placed on wall too close to the bed, so you need to duck or lean around it every time you cross the room.
No mirror other than small poorly lit one in bathroom.
No window, just a skylight.
stairs, my wife was there to see A foot specialist. she had A difficult time climing the stairs. the handrail was loose and too close to the wall.
Not what was expected when you look at the photo's on booking site. No bedside lamp.
Room was very hot, bed was like a concrete slab..left a very expensive memory foam pillow by accident called less than 24h later and was told was not there......
Very loud. Can hear anyone coming in or going out. Reception not always open to check out. We had a ceiling window with broken blinds a lot of daylight would come in. A part of the bedframe was missing so mattress kept sliding.
room dirty ,without windows, bathroom very little
no A/C, no reception 24h,tv with bad signal. it's an hotel for cinese people!.
Where to start! Rooms are incredibly cramped, staff seems confused or
stressed. Got there at 3pm when the room was to be ready and it was not.
Put us in someone else's room to change for wedding and then
switched us over to a different room when we arrived back later that
night. Neither room had a window and a skylight does not count. Felt
like being in a closet. But it does not matter because had sex.
Difficult to find due to renovation issues not mentinned when we booked the room. No lift and stairs quite long to reach first floor whom top step higher than the others. Long and narrow corridor to reach the room. No phone in the room. Far from the staff in case of emergency. View from the window. Parking spot among clutters and carbage bins.
Very dusty and not ready yet to open for business.
The bathroom is super small, the aircon makes a very loud noise , and the worst was the strong curry smell of the room..terrible.
This hotel was a real deception. For 95$, what I paid, you could have a
real nice hotel in downtown Toronto. Sheets were dirty, floor dirty, no
windows (just a hole in the ceiling, with no curtains), no facilities,
not really located in downtown (15mns walk), etc etc.
Hotel was nothing like pictures online. In a very shady looking
building, should not be called a hotel. Outside is very run down rooms
are located above a run down furniture store. They did not have the room
we booked. Room was very small there was a circle sized whole in the
wall. The building smelled of drugs.
The suite was not clean. The entire place is under construction and the
view from our suite was debris piles with wine bottles filled with
cigarette butts. The entry into the business was like coming into
someones cluttered, disorganized, dirty office. We would definately not
give this place a second chance. Thank goodness we were only staying
one night.
