We expected little, but got a lot. The fridge was fully stocked with everything we'd need to make our own breakfast. She left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy upon arrival. The location in Gibson's was perfect - walking distance to the Oyster Bar, Molly's Reach, the pub, shopping and the harbour! The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous, and right across the street from the famous Persephone :).
todo comentarios » very central location. amazing view of the ocean and area. short walk to some amazing restaurants, and history of the area. will deffinetly stay at this property again. Many comforts for geusts in the room. Tons of items to make your own breakfast were included in the room. guitar for musical people, binder with places to see and do. so many extras in the room to make travlers at ease. We were very impressed with landing studio. It was excellent value and has great facilities (ie fridge, balcony, kitchen, lounge chairs, food in the kitchen which we could use for breakfast etc). It was clean and has a really nice shabby chic look and feeling. The location is fabulous (overlooking the main street), you could not be any closer to the action!. The location is outstanding - right downtown meaning a walk along the shops and restaurants as well as the beach is right outside the door. The view of the water was amazing. A cup of coffee on that balcony was totally relaxing. The studio is very well designed and extremely well furnished. Everything! The whole unit was so well set up. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The kitchen area had absolutely everything and more that we needed. The view is spectacular and being in the centre of the village was perfect. The suite is very comfortable and the bed is heaven. I was surprised about a well stocked fridge, storing a variety of choices for breakfast and snacks. Best was a bottle of red wine on the counter. The owner herself came to see if everything was to my satisfaction. Warm Hospitality Location in heart of town The view! Gibsons is a beautiful area on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia and well worth a visit. We will be staying longer next time. Amazing. Comfortable. Quiet. We had to get creative with doing eggs in the microwave. We stayed in the Landing Studio in summer and my only criticism (but only a very small one) was that the curtains could be a little heavier to provide a little more coverage as the light came into the room early in the morning. Apart from this I have no other criticism. I loved it all. Only booking one night. Nothing it was great. Lack of blackout curtains. Very bright from 530 onward. Outside porch and deck lights on all night and could not turn off as I could not find the switch. Nothing. Liked everything. The street and the fridge can be a little noisy, but nothing major. Comfortable but squeaky bed. Hard to find with the GPS on its on the back of the building. Noisey early in the morning as its over a cafe and restaurant.
