I've been many times in Varna and I have stayed in many hotels but this hotel is the price and location very convenient, the staff smiling and very welcoming, the bar is open 24 hours, good breakfast,spacious rooms and very clean, I have to congratulate the cleaning lady - Service of the staff. Good atmosphere. Excellent location.

I stayed in a sizeable suite with 2 balconies overlooking quiet backstreets. Non smoking rooms but the balconies have ashtrays. Radiator heating for winter and a/c for summer. The bathroom had a small tub and power shower over. Comfortable King bed and high quality furnishings. Small hotel but secure with 24 hour reception. -

we stayed there 3 days, and it was absolutely perfect! the location is great close to everwhere, the rooms are quite nice, beds, bathroom, shower everthing is great.
We were between 3 hotels before we come and the other were 4star hotels, we choosed oceanic because of customer feedback and did not regret.. Highly recommended!

По ночам стрекочут цикады, никакого шума дороги и т.п. - nice quiet place, not a hotel, really more like a BandB -- just right for our purposes. full bar service in the main room downstairs - very reasonable prices -- better than Varna or even the little town where the BandB is located.
