All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. All the interactive staff spoke excellent English.
The bathroom was beautifully clean. After a night in Hong Kong Regal Airport Hotel at 130 Euros, no breakfast and a grubby bathroom, I couldn't be more delighted.
This hotel is suitable for anyone who needs a quiet, reasonably priced hotel; fantastic value for money.

Would recommend to anyone and would use again if in Sofia. - Staff were friendly and courteous ( spoke good English ). The rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was very good. La fauna que se puede encontrar en el hotel. En el desayuno, había una mantis religiosa de unos 20 cms dando vueltas libremente sin que el personal hiciese nada - no hacen las camas ni la limpieza, sólo saben el idioma búlgaro, y además no prestan casi ningún servicio y está a unos diez Km del centro no ha 1 como pone en la web

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and still we can't find any fault with it. Staff are extremely friendly even at 3 am in the morning they simply can't do enough for you.

We liked everything about this hotel from the welcome we received and the prompt email reply when I asked about a very late check-in. The room was very large recently refurbished and the bed was very very comfortable.
