So many things:
1. Fantastic location to the sea - with the park across the road and the sea just beyond that. Burgas beach is stunning!
2. Very close to shops and restaurants, a 5-7 minute walk. We didn't mind that there wasn't any food served in the hotel.
3. Wonderful staff who speak English and Russian. Answered all our questions and helped us

Room is nice and has anything you can wish for. All people at reception were able to speak english and were helpful. Even the person who was cleaning understood some words. The shower was designed very well. Not everything is wet after a shows (like in many other hotels). Would immediately there next time. Nice park is close as well. WLAN works flawlessy.

Excellent location. Only a ten minute walk from the airport terminal building! No need for a taxi. The staff was really friendly, and the rooms were nice and quite clean. Good breakfast. - Very helpful friendly staff. Good hotel near airport and well priced for overnight stay or longer.

This hotel is a gem,very clean and well maintained in a excellent location with only a few minutes stroll to the beach and beautiful sea gardens and also to the central pedestrian area with shops, bars and cafes. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always greeted us with a smile.

The location is ideal:it is very close to bus station and railway station. Plus, it is located within very short walking distance to the central beach. The room was light and spacious enough. o hItalian restaurant with the same name Luxor was good and convenient. Wifi connection in the was good.

Location aside central part (Trojkata sq, Alexandrowska Str.) crowded with people but you can walk to in 4-5 minutes. Old green area is 20 m near hotel where you can sit and rest or drink coffee. All place remind you something from childhood. -
