Location was fantastic, immediately next to one of the chairlifts so
ski-in-ski-out but only for part of the resort. Borovets is divided in
2 parts and acces to each bit from the other is tricky. Rooms were

Location was the best possible for ski in Borovets. We had half board,
and we considered the dinner good and with enough options (the drinks
were not included, but the price was fair).
The hotel is good in general, as expected for a 4 star hotel. We had parking place, even the parking area was crowded.
Prices for extra services (drinks, minibar) were fair.

close to the main road and about 5 minutes walk to the piste. We stayed
at the Clover Apartment. Very comfortable to come back to after a hard
day on the piste! Wifi wasn't working the first day, but it was
quickly resolved.

Clean,nice staff although poor language command. - The staff was great. Unfortuatley the restaurant did not have most of the food items that were listed on the menu. Also I thought I paid on line, but upon arrival was told that the payment did not happen and I needed to pay there in cash directly to the apartment owner - that was a bit unexpected
