friendliness of staff , spacious rooms , swimming pool , sumptuous breakfast ( included in price !! ) - when we got there we got a room that was cold,there was no light in the corridor outside the room,and the telephone was broken. After a chat with the hotel manager we got a very good room . Though all that took almost an hour (evening) while we

In fact we stayed in the appartments of the hotel, because it was said that on the day of our arrival they had a problem with the internet, so they did n't see our booking, so they kindly took us to the appartments. - A good and new hotel, close to the ski lift. Friendly staff, nice spa center.

We really managed to relax. The view to the mountains from our apartment
was breathtaking. I used the pool a lot because the water temperature
was very warm and pleasant. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and
we took the advantage to have it served in the room. The staff was
