Viktoria Family Hotel is situated on the main street in Balchik. It is a small hotel but is very cozy and pleasant. We stayed for 7 nights, and we had breakfast included. the staff is very friendly, trying to help and the service is very good. the rooms are rather modest, but clean, furniture is new an also the bathrooms are newly renovated. breakfast is good and they have a nice terrase where one could stay for breakfast and also in the evenings for a drink.the aircondition

The staff is very proffesional, nice and helpful. My sister (55 y.0.) stayed for 4 days here, asked a lot of help for diverse personal difficulties and said everybody was incredible nice and helpful. Nice indoor pool, prefect private beach and nice spa too :) I would recommend it for all people for relaxation, and especially to those not very used with international travel as the staff is very supportive.

Very clean, quiet, big rooms. The pool area is very nice and you feel like you're in a mountain resort surrounded by forests. Located very close to the gardens of romanian queen Maria . - the food, the price for itand the kindness of the personnel were very satisfying.
