This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and still we can't find any fault with it. Staff are extremely friendly even at 3 am in the morning they simply can't do enough for you.

We liked everything about this hotel from the welcome we received and the prompt email reply when I asked about a very late check-in. The room was very large recently refurbished and the bed was very very comfortable. The lovely rooms are very clean and comfortable with new modern bathroom/toilets, radio/clock, hair dryer new furniture & additional bedding if needed. Yordan, the owner, was extremely helpful in every way possible! He was a
great host! I was very happy that he picked me up at the airport since
taxis there can often overcharge tourists.The facility was very clean
and comfortable. While not in the city center, it was easy to get there
by a trolley bus. It's located in a safe neighborhood. Overall, I
was very happy with this Guest House and highly recommend it for anyone
looking for budget accommodations in Sofia! -
It was a perfect guest house for our last night before flying home!
Close to the airport, so we didn't need to drive anymore with our
car into the centre of the city. There is a nice garden, where we could
stay and relax. The owner was very warm and kind, offered us some wine -
so we didn't have to go to the supermarket - and we had a nice talk
with him in the garden. The guest house is as descriped in letsbookhotel.com,
so we got what we expected and were happy!

Very modern, comfortable, clean and sufficient in all regards. I very much enjoyed the decor and the comprehensive facilities.
Situated in a de luxe building close to shops, bars and restaurants and with good public transport access to the city centre.
The staff were extremely considerate and kind. They even did my laundry at no extra charge.
I would certainly stay there again when visiting Sofia.

Great location for the airport - only 10minutes via back roads, which was good as we had an early morning flight. As we were too early for breakfast, they volunteered to provide a pack up, which was very good. -
