This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and still we can't find any fault with it. Staff are extremely friendly even at 3 am in the morning they simply can't do enough for you.

We liked everything about this hotel from the welcome we received and the prompt email reply when I asked about a very late check-in. The room was very large recently refurbished and the bed was very very comfortable. Very modern, comfortable, clean and sufficient in all regards. I very much enjoyed the decor and the comprehensive facilities.
Situated in a de luxe building close to shops, bars and restaurants and with good public transport access to the city centre.
The staff were extremely considerate and kind. They even did my laundry at no extra charge.
I would certainly stay there again when visiting Sofia.

Don't think that it is far away from the city. It's just 10 mins. away from the city center(by taxi 8 lev). And sofia is so tiny, you can go anywhere by taxi just in few minutes and maximum cost is 15 lev. Hotel is very close the airport. By taxi 4 lev. and 5 minutes. Hotel is brand-new. Very clean.
