The staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel was perfect for exploring the city both on foot and using the metro or the buses. So close to the main Avenue Paulista but hardly any noise heard in the hotel from passing traffic or people. Felt very safe there. Good place to stay. -

The confort, cleaness and the big size of the room. The bathroom was small but comfortable as well. The breakfast was superb and served till 11am. The staff was kind and solicitous. Excellent breakfast included in price. Employees spoke excellent English. Right next door to great shopping mall. Room for 3 people, my husband, myself and our grown son had an entirely separate room with bath for our son (unlike some triple rooms that just include a cot in the room). This is an excellent business hotel. Very courteous staff, comfortable beds, and a nice restaurant. There is a small open air swimming pool on the top floor with great view around. -
