The room, bed and bathroom.the overall clean apearence, location and the value for money compared to other residence hotels in Jardins/Sao Paulo

The carpet in the living room didn't look to be clean and the selection of the goods of the frigobar is a bit basic

The staff were very helpful ,the location was walking distance to everything ,beautiful art deco shops and restaurants .Right beside the hotel there is a very good Sushi restaurant and was price right .Beautiful safe area for walking even late at night .

The renovated room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Free wifi. Location is good, close to a subway station.

In contrast to the renovated room, common areas are worn out and need an update.

It was clean, nice, all employes were very polite and help me with everything I needed

It was a bit cold at night, and it is three blocks away from Paulista Av. It is not far, except by the fact that are 3 blocks uphill.

Location is fantastic! Great shopping and restaurants nearby. Taxi cabs have a stand on the corner, so it is really convenient. Room was like an apartment. Small living space with a couch and a tv. There was a sink as well. Nice closet space and good size bathroom. There is no tv in the bedroom but that was not a problem for me. Weekends are much cheaper than weekdays. Parking and breakfast was included in my stay. I did not try the restaurant that is next to the hotel (where breakfast is served). For late night cravings there is Paris 6 (french bistro) that is 24/7, and just 3-4 blocks away (15 min walk)

Friendly service, great location!

Pool area was under construction, got a two sinlge-bed room when was I alone. They wanted to charge me half a day for checking in early.

Room is good size and clean, I like the bathroom.

Internet is very poor, I stay on 3 floor. Door to balcony cannot lock. It make me a big consider to stay here again.

Best Value and Location‎ I stayed there before and after the remodeling.... The rooms are all ready now, the pool and reception areas should be completed by Jan... Great location (best area in Sao Paulo for Shopping/walking distance), restaurants, service, free Internet wifi, and fantastic value... The newly remodeled rooms are something...queen size beds typical of what you find in the US, large LCD, and perfect for long term stays. Should now be rated 4 stars Book now..... Enjoy

internet(wi-fi) impossible to access, it was really bad. I asked for help, and although they tried to solve, it was impossible, this is the only thing I have to say as a negative point.

Significant lack of spoken English by the majority of staff No kettle/tea or coffee making facilities in room, even upon request. Noisy, lots of renovations. Pool and sauna were closed but there was no mention of this on their website when making a booking!
