  The staff were very helpful with our questions. If one was not strong in speaking English, he or she would find someone who could help. The staff we saw in any of the areas were always efficient.   Staff frinedly and helpful: I arrived at 6am and they let me take my room inmediatly and even have breakfast. They also help you with tours and boat tickets as they have a tourism agency in the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, only there should be more juice choices (always pineapple).
