Situación muy buena en Ipanema casi mejor que en primera línea. En la misma calle del hotel pasan todos los autobuses que van de Ipanema hacia otros barrios de Rio. El metro está a 15-20 minutos paseando aunque se puede coger el servicio de lanzadera consistente en autobus que pasa justo debajo del hotel. El personal de recepción, porteros y señora

I found the staff to be approachable and helpful. The ocean view room was terrific - great view of Copacabana Beach. Plus, we allowed a late check out because our flight home left in the evening. In all, the experience was excellent. -

We went to check in and there had been an issue with the booking as the hotel was overbooked. The staff were excellent and very professional and actually moved us to another one of their hotel - the Windsor Leme - right on the beach. The rooms were very small, basic but had everything I need. It was clean. The saff were helpfull and kind all time. The hotel is near copacbana beach and very close to public transportation including metro. The breakfast was very good and delicious. This is a 4 star hotel. Do not expect luxry. I recommend this hotel anyone who has limited budget but looks for the best possible options and values
