  Right from our arrival to our departure the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The suite we stayed in was very large and comfortable. There were a total of 3 TVs ( one in each bedroom and in the lounge area). The gym is very well equipped and the heated pool and spa were an added bonus. Was an overall very enjoyable experience. - The standard of the hotel is very good for Bolivia. In particular the lunch and dinner menue have an excellent quality for a very fair price.

  Everything! A beautiful, clean and very modern hotel in a chaotic city... Just what we needed after two weeks in slightly dodgy hotels in peru and bolivia! The rooms are big, beds extremely comfortable, shower huge and great water pressure, everything clean. This place is a haven - if we ever go back to La Paz we'll definitely be staying here. Plus the staff go out of their way to help you, especially the doorman who is quite possibly the friendliest guy you'll ever mee - Clean, modern, with an amazing view and super helpful staff. We had a few hours after check out prior to heading to the airport and the staff arranged free movie tickets for the cinema downstairs. While a little bit out of the centre, the location is fantastic, near embassies and other government buildings, so very safe.
