Excellent location right in front of the Cathedral and near to bars and restaurants. We had our room upgraded to a larger room overlooking the Cathedral square. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was €5 extra per person per day which was quite reasonable for the area of Antwerp. -

Loved the unique, quirky, cool feel of the Hotel Matelot. The common rooms had gorgeous design elements: cool chandeliers, a lovely courtyard. Our room was really fun and funky, like a flat with a balcony, great windows, unique beams, very roomy. The hotel was sleek and beautiful and very central. Staff was very friendly and nice.

There are two flats with separate entrance next to the bar. We stayed in the top double-floor room, but check wich room is yours before arriving! Very nice and clean. Beds upstairs – one double, two single and one bunk bed – plus a couch downstairs good for two persons. Photos reflect reality. -

The central location as well as the assiatance with the parking.
With a right hand drive car on the continent the helpfulness of the parking gent and the property owner in getting out of the car park was most appreciated.
With the accomodation being centrally located access to the city was excellent on foot.
It was confortable and the idea that some items would be already in the fridge and some tea/coffee being available was excellent.

A perfect place for a trip to Antwerp. The hosts are really friendly and can give you ideas about what to do and where to go. The apartment is stylish with a great view, the room is quite big, the bathroom nice. Everything is clean and done individually. The breakfast with fresh juice, fruit etc. was great.

Great flat - a wonderful view of the working river, lots of light, super-comfy bed, calm and quiet. A real home to come back to. Owners v pleasant and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend this B&B and am busy thinking of other reasons to visit Antwerp - which wont be difficult as the town has lots more going on than I'd thought

gave us beer two nights to drink . They were very helpful and also lent

The owner was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome, good breakfast and the possibility to check-in and check-out when we wanted. Excellent service!
