The staff couldn't do enough for you. Whatever you needed they were there to advise or point you in the right direction. Nice spacious twin room with balcony overlooking the mountains, very clean. Bathroom was also large and spotless. Staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, 10min walk from railway station, 5 minutes walk from buses going to Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn cable car or locally to Schmittenbahn, 5 min walk to the lake promenade and boats, restaurants and shops nearby. The restaurant has good and affordable food for an evening meal. Internet wireless worked very well.

Enjoyed a long weekend with a group of nine friends. The owner, 'The big momma' was very polite and accommodating and made our stay most enjoyable.Location was fantastic and the rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. We usually visit different venues and hotels on each ski holiday but the stay was so enjoyable that we will definitely be returning again.

The Steinerwirt was very comfortable and in the Austrian aesthetic with
elements of modern art. It made a great home base for exploring the area

Staff were very professional and helpful with all our questions. They gave us a lot of guidance before arrival and during our stay and also gave us some really good recommendations for restaurants and other non-ski activities.
Rooms was spacious and well lit with very good high pressure (and always hot) showers.
Restaurant food was great and the location was perfect for our visit.

Very close to a slope (about 15 meters). You just put on boots, grad
skies, walk around the house and there you are, on blue track that goes
down directly to the lift station. The host speaks english and his wife
speaks russian, both are very friendly. Appartaments are warm and

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Fitted out with top quality,
highest spec kit. Everything was pristene, there was everything you
could need supplied (minus food and drink). The apartment was a great
size - plenty of room to socialise together with the group. Brilliant
big balcony to extend the space - nice to use in warmer weather.

Staff Monika is a very helpful staff also others staffs was so so friendly, I was booked a full board package they offerd me free breakfast+lunch+dinner and free drinks from 10am to 10pm.

The owners and caretaker are very helpful. They gave us very good advice on local attractions. Hospitable family environment, beautiful and clean room. Rich and very tasty breakfast.The entire staff is very friendly to children. Zell am See - Kaprun Summer Card with a lot of discounts and free attractions was included for free. Very nice and cozy wellness and pool with counter.Thanks to the excellent accommodation, we increased the enjoyment of the holiday. We would be back soon.
