  Sandra, the owner, was wonderfully helpful. She speaks German, Italian, English, and some French. We were driving, and so the free parking was a bonus (Salzburg has very expensive parking.) For me the location is perfect (about twenty minutes of walk from Mozartplatz), the hotel has free parking, great rooms and breakfasts.
