The amazing setting.
The welcome when we arrived - immediately invited for a welcome drink on the terrace and then shown around the hotel.
The gala dinner on the Friday evening.
The food was excellent for all meals.
The staff were excellent, friendly but not overbearing.

Everithing was just perfect. No words to thanks to Marriane and Thordes for the very pleasent stay at their hotel. They know how to make you enjoy even a rainy day.
Something has to be said: The menu offered is just SUPER. Our advise: take also the half board when you book the room. You will remember that as the best choice you've done that day. -

Perfect Place to stay in. House Owner is so sweet and lovely lady (Maria) and very helpful. We had a great apartment, spacious with all facilities. The location is great, not so far from the Lake and anyhow being too close to lake is noisy so we were lucky we chose Apartment Tristenau. Free Parking, Internet for Free, Nice Breakfast.

We stayed January 2013. The staff were super friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. We ate dinner in the hotel on the first night and loved it so much that we ate their every night. There was a different menu every night and the food was fabulous. We had a great 12 night stay in Perisau at the Alpenrose. Marcus and Barbara and their team are lovely hosts and very helpful. We had a balcony room at the front of the hotel, and the hotel accommodation and food was excellent. This was our the first time in Pertisau, although we have been to Austria many time before, and the Alpenrose was as good as any hotel we have stayed at in Austria.

We had a very clean and friendly stay with Birgit and her family the apartment was spacious with spectacular views, we dined at the Kristall and used the spa and pool at the Kristall at no extra charge, a great family vacation.
