We staid at one of two storey/two bedroom suites. It had everything you would need, even more like washing machine, dishwasher...three (!) balconies-)
The staff is really helpfull and friendly.

Charming accomodation, located in a wing of Benedictine convent.
Rooms are very simple and a bit old fashioned, (no tv set, two indipendent beds ) while bathroom are fully renovated.
Everything was clean.
Excellent position just inside the ring and close to everything.
Breakfast was good.
Free wifi with at least decent signal inside first floor ro

Voy a hablar del apartamento de la habitación doble, que es distinto de los demás y está en otro edificio. Está reformado con todo totalmente nuevo. Girls at the front desk were heplful and kind. Everything was amazing and I really enjoyed the while I'm staying there and sure if I come back to Wien, then definitely I'll come to this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone...
