  Girls at the front desk were heplful and kind. Julia was so kind and cute and there was another pretty girl (who is always happy and and smiling with dark hair ) , cant remember exactly her name , can it be Lilia?? Hotel was very very clear and r - Everything was amazing and I really enjoyed the while I'm staying there and sure if I come back to Wien, then definitely I'll come to this hotel again. English widely spoken. - Room was totally fine, big enough and shared bathroom access was not a problem for the 4 nights I was there. An exceptionally good price made any minor bother ok. Excellent neighborhood to explore and close enough to the 1st district to walk. Try the City Bike bike sharing located a few blocks away at the Rathaus. Only 1 euro then unlimited 1 hour trips!

  Location right off Mariahilfer Strasse was great. Felt safe and secure and noticed no night noise. Clothes washing services were a great help and Tina was very helpful with recommendations for sights to see and helping organise our super early morning taxi to the airport. - Location was perfect for seeing the city.   We stayed for 5 nights.Firstly we found the location was very central and ideal for access to the main tourist attractions on Vienna. We were accomodated in an annexe to the hotel which we found was very clean,quiet and well heated which was good because although it was Easter the temperatures were below o at times. We has use of a small refrigerator and she lent us bowls and spoons. There was a table and four chairs and a couch as well as beds in the room. It was very large.
